I like the product that I FINALLY received. Would not ever buy from this company again. First they only sent me half the of the order. I contacted them and told them I never received the order and they did nothing about it until I filed a claim with Amazon. Finally, after 2.5 months they sent me the rest of the order. Amazon accidentally refunded my money and this company called me saying this. I contacted Amazon that I had finally received the order and that they needed to recharge me. Two (weekend) days pass and I receive a RUDE email from the company saying that I have not responded to email or phone call and that I need to handle the situation. Well, I HAVE! It's the weekend, of course you are not going to get your money back ASAP. Great product, just a shame that no one else sells it. Will not give anymore business to this company. I took a chance with them, reading bad reviews and good reviews. Well, shouldn't gone the other way. Beware you may not receive everything that you order and they will try to cheat you. Amazon handled situation well. Thank you amazon but you should not sell these people's products!

I have several beautiful metal stoppers with glass/crystal tops. This won't hold them at all - they fall right out. The holes are too small to allow the rubber rings on the metal stopper to insert into them. This might work for cork stoppers, but I suspect that because of the arch, any decorative stopper with some weight on the top is going to end up tipping out of the holder.
