Hello, I purchased this item as a gift to my B/F . he liked it till he tried to use it. it broke as soon as he tried to remove the stopper from the bottle. The glue on the stopper failed to hold to the hound. It will cost more than it's worth to send it back . I attempted to glue it but that didn't work ether.I really can't understand why you would want to sell junk that can't do what it says it will do. I was hurt & embarrassed & we both were disappointed . & to top it all off I paid $12.00 for this experience ! Yes ..I'm Mad!!The above was the email I sent to the seller of this item. I then gave them a call this morning . The lady I spoke to was very,very nice . She says there will be another one shipped & I should receive it in a few days . I hope it glued better than the org. one .. I would do business with them again .
