I had high hopes for this item, but it simply does not do what it is claimed to do. We found that no matter how tightly the lock is applied to the bottle, it is very easy for someone to twist it off, making the whole exercise pointless. I am requesting a return.

tighten as much as you like and will just pop out, i bought this having read the reviews and some were good some were bad they said just what happed to me it comes right out dont buy it NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!

The device is simple and easy to operate after a quick study. It simply will keep anyone not willing to spend forever twisting and yanking and oiling this lock out of the end of whatever bottle you put it in. How it works is the black rubber or silicone? is inserted in the bottle as far as fits and the unit is turned causing the black pliable tube to expand and seal the bottle trapping the lock on top, the tumblers are skewed and lock out is achieved. The combo can be changed very easily just do not forget it or your finished there is no way to back door it if you forget it.My only concern is with the longevity of the sealing(black silicone or rubber?)part. Time will tell.
