perfect addition to my giraffe printed wine glass for a secret santa gift. the part on top of the giraffes head was broken off when it arrived, but nothing a little crazy glue and a steady hand couldn't fix!

The product arrived broken. The giraffe's ear was missing. It came in a small bag so I had hope that the ear was in the bag and had broken in transit. However it was not in the bag, meaning the item was shipped knowing it was broken. I had hoped that I could return it and get a new one, but they do not offer replacements and it's too close to Christmas to try to find a replacement elsewhere. Looks like my boyfriend is getting a broken giraffe for Christmas. :-(
